What is your shipping policy?

We currently offer shipping to anywhere in the continental states via first class mail with the United States Postal Service.

When will I receive my items?

We do our best to send out items that are in stock within two business days from the time you place your order. Made to order jewelry, such as the Family Birthstone jewelry, are made after the order is placed, and we try to send them out within one week from the time you place your order. Custom orders, such as gun racks or custom etched glass, are made after the order is placed and can take up to three weeks to be shipped, depending on the size and difficulty of the piece and the availability of materials used.

Do you ship internationally?

For international orders, please email us at support@starlightcreekdesign.com for a shipping quote and instructions on international ordering. Please include your address and the list of items for which you would like a quote.

What type of payments do you accept?

We are currently accepting online payments through PayPal. In person we accept cash and credit cards.

How do I place a custom order?

Please visit the gallery pages above and contact us at support@starlightcreekdesign.com with a detailed description of what you are looking for. Feel free to include any photos that may help show what you want.

What is your return policy?

We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. If you have any issues or problems with your order, please let us know by emailing us at support@starlightcreekdesign.com. If we have made an error in your order, we will accept refunds up to 14 days from the ship date. If you are unsatisfied with a correct order, we will do our best to rectify the problem. Please don’t hesitate to ask... we will work with you to make it right!

What is your privacy policy?

We do not sell or share your private information to anyone. Since we use only PayPal for online payments, your credit card and/or bank account info is NOT taken or stored on our site, and we do not have access to it.

How do I care for my jewelry?

How will my jewelry be packaged?

We take the utmost care in packaging our pieces. Your jewelry will be safely secured in a cotton-lined black cardboard jewelry gift box, which is shipped in a bubble mailer. Larger orders are shipped in flat rate boxes. We always include a zip top bag under the cotton lining for jewelry storage. For sterling silver jewelry, a small black antitarnish strip is also included in the bag. If the bag is kept sealed, the strip should help prevent tarnishing for 6 months to 1 year.
